一句話總結：愛車小幫手沒有帳號系統，我們也沒有任何伺服器會收你的資料。 你記錄的車輛資料存在你自己的手機裡；只有在你主動按下「備份」時，才會被打包上傳到 你自己的 Dropbox 或 Google Drive。我們讀不到那份檔案。
一、我們記錄哪些資料，存在哪裡
所有資料都是你自己在 App 裡輸入的，儲存在你裝置本機的資料庫中。不會自動上傳到任何地方。

照片會存放在 App 自己的檔案空間內，不會被寫回你的相簿（除非你自己選擇儲存）。
二、雲端備份（Dropbox 與 Google Drive）
備份與還原完全由你主動觸發：在「設定 → 備份與還原」按下按鈕才會執行。沒有背景同步，也沒有自動備份。
備份檔的內容
備份是一個名為 maintain.zip 的壓縮檔，裡面只有：
maintain.sqlite（含-shm/-wal）：上面第一節列出的那些紀錄cars.json：你的車輛清單與各車設定
Dropbox
- App 只索取兩項權限：
files.content.write與files.content.read。 - App 只讀寫一個路徑：
/maintain.zip。上傳採覆寫模式，不會累積檔案。 - App 不會列出你的其他檔案或資料夾、不會建立或修改分享連結、不會讀取任何其他檔案。
Google Drive
- 備份檔同樣是根目錄下的
maintain.zip。 - 查詢時只精準搜尋名稱為
maintain.zip且未刪除的檔案，不會列出你雲端硬碟的其他內容。
我們讀不到你的備份。備份檔是從你的手機直接傳到你自己的雲端帳號， 不經過我們手上，我們也沒有任何憑證可以存取它。授權是你與 Dropbox／Google 之間的授權， 你可以隨時在 Dropbox 或 Google 帳號設定中解除。
三、位置資訊
- 使用中定位：用來計算並顯示你附近的加油站與充電站。距離是在你的裝置上計算的， 我們不會把你的座標傳送到任何伺服器。
- 背景定位：只有在你開始「記錄行車軌跡」時才會使用，用來畫出這段路線。 軌跡資料存在你的裝置本機，除了你自己按下備份之外不會離開裝置。
你可以在 iOS 的「設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 定位服務」隨時關閉定位權限；關閉後「附近站點」與「軌跡記錄」功能會停用，其他功能不受影響。
四、其他系統權限
- 相機／照片：讓你為保養紀錄或車輛拍照或選取照片。照片只存在 App 內。
- 行事曆：在你開啟到期提醒時，把驗車、保險、牌照稅、燃料稅的提醒寫進你的行事曆。 我們只新增這些提醒事項，不會讀取你行事曆裡的其他內容。
五、廣告
App 內顯示由 Google AdMob 提供的橫幅廣告，這是這個 App 免費提供的方式。
- 本 App 不會要求「允許 App 追蹤你」的權限，因此不會取得 IDFA 用於跨 App 追蹤。
- AdMob 可能使用有限的裝置與情境資訊來投放廣告與衡量成效（包含 Apple 的 SKAdNetwork 歸因機制）。
- 歐洲經濟區、英國與瑞士的使用者，首次開啟時會看到 Google 的使用者同意聲明表單；你在該表單上的選擇由 Google 的 SDK 保存。台灣等不適用該法規的地區不會出現此表單。

六、統計分析與當機回報
為了知道哪些功能有人用、以及 App 在什麼情況下當掉，我們使用 Google 的 Firebase Analytics 與 Firebase Crashlytics。
- 傳送的是操作事件與畫面名稱（例如「按下備份按鈕」、「進入油耗頁」）以及當機時的錯誤堆疊、App 版本、裝置型號與系統版本。
- 不會傳送你的任何一筆紀錄內容 —— 沒有里程、沒有金額、沒有車牌、沒有站名、沒有座標。
- 識別方式是 Firebase 產生的假名識別碼，無法用來識別你的身分。

七、意見回饋信
你在 App 內寄出意見回饋時，我們會在信件內文自動附上一段診斷資訊，幫助我們重現問題。這段內容你在寄出前看得到，包含：
- App 版本與建置編號、裝置型號、iOS 版本、地區與時區
- 資料的統計量（例如「共 3 台車、128 筆加油紀錄」）與你的設定值
- Firebase 的假名識別碼，用來把這封信對應到當機記錄
不包含任何一筆紀錄的內容，也不包含車牌號碼。若需要提供實際紀錄協助除錯，我們會另外徵得你的明確同意。
八、App 會連線到哪些地方
App 的對外連線都是「下載」，不會上傳你的資料：
- 中油與台塑的即時油價
- 加油站／充電站的公開站點清單
- 裝置型號名稱對照表
- 油價相關新聞
- App Store 的版本資訊（用於提示有新版本）
另外還有你主動觸發的雲端備份（第二節）、以及廣告與統計（第五、六節）。除此之外沒有其他外部傳輸。
九、資料保存與刪除
- 刪除單筆紀錄：在清單上長按該筆紀錄選擇刪除。
- 刪除全部本機資料：從裝置上刪除 App，本機資料庫與照片會一併移除。
- 刪除雲端備份：備份檔在你自己的 Dropbox 或 Google Drive 帳號裡，請自行刪除該帳號中的
maintain.zip。我們沒有權限、也沒有辦法代為刪除。 - 解除雲端授權：在 Dropbox 或 Google 帳號的「已連結的應用程式」設定中移除本 App 的存取權。
- 刪除行事曆提醒：在你的行事曆 App 中直接刪除。
我們手上沒有你的資料，因此沒有「向我們申請刪除」這件事。
十、兒童
本 App 的分級為 4+，但並非針對兒童設計，也不會刻意向兒童收集資料。
十一、政策變更
本政策更新時會修改本頁最上方的「最後更新」日期。涉及重大變更時，會在 App 內或 App Store 更新說明中告知。

Privacy Policy — 愛車小幫手 (SmartTrack)

In one sentence: SmartTrack has no user accounts and we run no server that receives your data. The vehicle records you enter stay in a local database on your own device. They are uploaded only when you explicitly tap “Backup”, and only to your own Dropbox or Google Drive account. We cannot read that file.
1. What we record, and where it is stored
Everything is entered by you and stored in a local database on your device. Nothing is uploaded automatically.

Photos are kept inside the app’s own file storage and are not written back to your photo library unless you choose to save them.
2. Cloud backup (Dropbox and Google Drive)
Backup and restore are always started by you, by tapping a button under Settings → Backup & Restore. There is no background sync and no automatic backup.
What the backup contains
The backup is a single archive named maintain.zip containing only:
maintain.sqlite(plus-shm/-wal): the records listed in section 1cars.json: your vehicle list and per-vehicle settings
Dropbox
- The app requests exactly two scopes:
files.content.writeandfiles.content.read. - The app reads and writes one path only:
/maintain.zip, uploaded in overwrite mode so backups do not accumulate. - The app never lists your other files or folders, never creates or modifies shared links, and never reads any other file.
Google Drive
- The same
maintain.zipis stored in the root of your Drive. - Lookups query only for a non-trashed file named
maintain.zip; the app does not enumerate the rest of your Drive.
We cannot read your backup. It goes straight from your device to your own cloud account. It never passes through us and we hold no credentials that could access it. The authorisation is between you and Dropbox / Google, and you can revoke it at any time in your account settings.
3. Location
- While in use: to find and show fuel and charging stations near you. Distances are calculated on your device; your coordinates are not sent to any server.
- In the background: only while you are actively recording a driving route, in order to draw that route. Track data stays on your device and never leaves it except through a backup you start yourself.
You can turn location access off at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services. Nearby-stations and route recording then stop working; everything else is unaffected.
4. Other system permissions
- Camera / Photos: so you can photograph or pick images for maintenance records and vehicles. Images stay inside the app.
- Calendar: when you enable due-date reminders, the app adds inspection, insurance, road-tax and fuel-tax reminders to your calendar. It only adds those events and does not read anything else in your calendar.
5. Advertising
The app shows banner ads served by Google AdMob. This is how the app is offered free of charge.
- The app does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission and therefore does not obtain the IDFA for cross-app tracking.
- AdMob may use limited device and contextual information to serve and measure ads, including Apple’s SKAdNetwork attribution.
- Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are shown Google’s user-consent form on first launch; the choice made there is stored by Google’s SDK. The form is not shown in regions where those rules do not apply.

6. Analytics and crash reporting
To learn which features are used and under what conditions the app crashes, we use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
- What is sent: interaction events and screen names (for example “backup button pressed”, “opened fuel screen”), plus crash stack traces, app version, device model and OS version.
- What is not sent: any of your record contents — no odometer values, no amounts, no licence plate, no station names, no coordinates.
- Identification is via a pseudonymous identifier generated by Firebase; it cannot be used to identify you.

7. Feedback email
When you send feedback from within the app, a diagnostic block is added to the message body to help us reproduce the problem. You can see it before sending. It contains:
- App version and build number, device model, iOS version, locale and time zone
- Counts of your data (for example “3 vehicles, 128 fuel records”) and your settings
- The Firebase pseudonymous identifier, so the message can be matched to crash reports
It contains no record contents and no licence plate. If actual records are needed for debugging, we will ask for your explicit consent separately.
8. Network connections the app makes
All of the app’s outbound requests are downloads; none of them upload your data:
- Live fuel prices from Taiwan’s CPC and FPCC
- The public list of fuel and charging stations
- A device-model name lookup table
- Fuel-price news articles
- App Store version information, used to tell you a new version exists
In addition there is the cloud backup you start yourself (section 2) and advertising and analytics (sections 5 and 6). There is no other outbound transfer.
9. Retention and deletion
- Delete one record: long-press it in the list and choose delete.
- Delete all local data: delete the app from your device; the local database and photos go with it.
- Delete the cloud backup: the archive lives in your own Dropbox or Google Drive, so delete
maintain.zipthere yourself. We have no permission and no means to delete it for you. - Revoke cloud access: remove this app from the connected-apps settings of your Dropbox or Google account.
- Delete calendar reminders: remove them in your calendar app.
We hold none of your data, so there is no “request deletion from us” process.
10. Children
The app is rated 4+, but it is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will additionally be announced in the app or in the App Store release notes.
